When you receive our ‘Arrived’ notification message on WhatsApp, you can come to our store to collect your items. Our store is located at Unit S-V 49C 6/F Valiant Ind Ctr 2-12 Au Pui Wan St Fotan Shatin Hong Kong.

Please reach our store and present your order number and identification upon arrival. Our staff will be waiting there to provide you with the items you have purchased.

Additionally, if you wish to arrange installment payments, please visit our store in person. Our staff will assist you with the necessary procedures.

SF Express Delivery to Hong Kong: Delivery coverage includes Hong Kong, Kowloon, New Territories, and outlying islands. After selecting this delivery method at the checkout page, please provide the recipient’s name and delivery address.

SF Express Delivery to Macau: Delivery coverage includes any address in Macau. After selecting this delivery method at the checkout page, please provide the recipient’s name and delivery address.

SF Express Delivery to Taiwan: Delivery coverage includes the entire territory of Taiwan. After selecting this delivery method at the checkout page, please provide the recipient’s name and delivery address.

*Due to regulations from Taiwan’s Ministry of Finance, Taiwanese customers are required to provide their ID card number or unified business number in the remarks section before the shipment can be sent out.

*All orders to Taiwan cannot be modified once placed, as they require customs clearance.

*If a buyer fails to provide EZ WAY certification and the package is returned to Hong Kong, we will charge the price difference based on the actual shipping cost or arrange for redelivery with freight collect.

What to do if you don’t receive SF Express pickup notification SMS?

If you haven’t received the pickup notification SMS from SF Express within two days after receiving the ‘Shipped’ notification email, you can follow these steps:

Contact SF Express customer service hotline: Dial the SF hotline at 2730 0273.

Communicate with the customer service representative: Once connected with the customer service representative, inform them of your SF Express waybill number and confirm that your phone number is correct.

Request SMS reissuance: Please request the customer service representative to resend the pickup notification SMS to your mobile phone. You can find the SF Express waybill number in the middle of the ‘Shipped’ notification email to provide to the customer service representative.

By following these steps, you can get in touch with SF Express customer service team and request the reissuance of the pickup notification SMS to your mobile phone to ensure a smooth pickup process.

SF Express (Group) Limited provides door-to-door delivery services. They operate from Monday to Friday and are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

The delivery time may vary depending on the location. Generally, for delivery addresses in commercial buildings, it usually takes one to two business days for the delivery to be completed. For non-commercial buildings or remote areas, additional business days may be required for delivery.

If you have inquiries or specific date/time requests for delivery before or after placing an order, SF Express will make every effort to assist you. However, SF Express cannot guarantee the exact delivery time. During the transportation process, various factors such as local delivery regulations, customs inspections, logistical arrangements, weather conditions, and local or Hong Kong public holidays may impact the delivery. Therefore, SF Express does not assume any legal responsibility for losses caused by delays.

Delivery Time

Hong Kong/Macau Region: After confirming your order, SF Express will strive to deliver the goods as soon as possible. Generally, orders will be handed over to the courier within the next business day, but it may take longer (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, Hong Kong, and local supplier public holidays).

Taiwan Region: After confirming your order, SF Express will strive to deliver the goods as soon as possible. Generally, orders will be delivered to your doorstep within 4 business days through SF Express. It may take an additional 2 to 3 business days from warehouse shipment to receive the goods (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, Hong Kong, and local supplier public holidays). Currently, we only ship the products to the address you specified.

Other Regions: After confirming your order, SF Express will strive to deliver the goods as soon as possible. Generally, orders will be handed over to the courier within 4 days, but it may take longer. It may take an additional 2 to 14 business days from warehouse shipment to receive the goods.

Combined Orders: If you purchase 2 or more orders at the same time and provide the same address and phone number, we may arrange for the orders to be combined to ensure that you can receive all the items at the same time.

Waybill Tracking Number: We will provide a waybill tracking number, which you can find within your order details, along with a link to track the shipment.

Import Duties: Customers are responsible for paying customs duties, import taxes, goods and services tax (GST), value-added tax (VAT), or other import sales taxes. Customers are required to pay the relevant fees upon receipt of the goods. Due to different customs regulations in different countries or regions, we cannot guarantee that import sales taxes will be applicable for every shipment. Please contact the local customs department directly for relevant information. Additionally, customers may be required to pay other fees such as administrative or handling fees, which are customs duties and customs clearance fees. If customers refuse to accept the shipment for personal reasons, including refusal to pay duties and taxes, inability to provide required documents, or other reasons, we will not provide refunds or resend the rejected orders.

Goods Shipment: We will notify you by email when the shipment is made and dispatch the goods upon final confirmation. All goods will be dispatched directly from Hong Kong.
